Sex Ed Workshops

Curious about way to improve your sex life? I explore topics relating to dating, relationships, sex, sexuality, sensuality, and sexual health. If you’re new to exploration, or if you’re a seasoned pro, there is always something more to learn. Improve your sexual well being and explore your curiosities by joining the newsletter or attend an upcoming workshop

My sex education workshops for adults are specifically curated so you can learn about different topics in sexuality that are hard to access in formalized educational settings (like school). These sex workshops are taught in a way that is both accessible and fun for adults to learn in. I teach the basics of each topic, while getting into the different nuances that adults will, realistically, encounter. I am not only an experienced educator, I’m actively involved in different sexuality communities, so you can benefit from my experiences as well as my knowledge.

Down the Rabbit Hole: A pleasure and empowerment workshop for adults

Pleasure is the leading reason for sex, so why doesn’t everyone know more about it? Why are we not deep diving into understanding where we source our pleasure? Is it in our lifestyle, your fantasies, your partner, touch, taste, or sight? All pleasure activates the same area of the brain and we’re excited to talk through how you can switch up your routine to experience more of it. In this workshop we’ll dive into pleasure systems, nature vs. nurture, lifestyles, fantasies, and how to activate your arousal systems to get the most pleasure out of your sexual practice. We’ll navigate different ways to experience pleasure and push the boundaries of your comfort zones. With a focus on consent, understanding, and excitement we’ll give you the tools you need to explore different pleasure centers safely and excitedly.

Not Your First Rodeo: A consent workshop for adults

Consent is a hot topic issue - and it should be. But if you were raised in a time where consent was not highlighted, how do you begin to shift your thoughts on consent from harmful to hopeful? This isn’t your first rodeo, but there is always space to learn because we know you’re trying, and we’re here to guide you. In this 3 hour consent training workshop, I focus on going beyond what you learned in school because most of the time it’s unrelatable or realistic. We’ll talk nuances, sexual assault, and different consent models. We’ll also talk about how to make consent sexy and not robotic or awkward. You’ll learn about sexual assaults, legalities of consent scenarios, and common misconceptions, dive into the differences between verbal and nonverbal consent, how you’ve been influenced through media, and how to include consent as a fun and desirable way to communicate.
